Located off of Dallas Street in downtown Camas, the Dallas Duplexes was a hidden gem.  We purchased these duplexes, completed a remodel and a build-out of the unfinished basements for a quad-style living situation. We are currently renting out the units and plan to sell them with one unit empty so buyers have the option of owner-occupied advantages.
