Tanner sits square as the founder and managing partner of VestCapital. He places a high value on building the real estate investment and development firm with an entrepreneurial approach, having started and scaled 3 businesses since college, pushing through adversity with limited resources and executing the company are part of his DNA. His primary roles at VestCap are predicated on; structuring investment offerings, development strategies, capital management, investor relations, civil/architectural design, municipality entitlements, risk management and growing assets under management. 

Leading with authenticity and passion, Tanner has successfully executed and engineered over 26 real estate investment offerings raising both debt and equity with an aggregate retail finish value of 8-figures, all while mitigating investor risk and meeting or exceeding projected returns in both the residential and commercial real estate arena. 

Tanner resides in Camas, Washington and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and 2 kids, catching the latest MMA/UFC event and golfing.

Ken started his career in banking with a quick move into what ultimately became a 35-year career in insurance and financial services.  After 22 years with a leading stock insurer in America, Ken invested in a local Vancouver independent insurance brokerage in late 2006.  Over the course of 13 years Ken and his staff tripled its revenue, eventually selling it in 2019 to the 6th largest broker in America.  

Ken joined VestCapital as an investor of a local project in 2020.  Ken was impressed with VestCapital  and Tanner Wideriksen’s ability to churn an attractive ROI, driving Ken’s further interest in joining VestCapital to help support Investor Relations processes through-out the company.  Ken is single, helped raise four children with interests which include skiing, golfing and reading.

Director of Design and Staging: Greta has been in the interior design industry for over a decade. She has a Bachelor Degree from Western Oregon University in the Arts with emphasis in artistic design, technical production and dance.

Greta went on to further her design training from one of the country’s premier creative development schools, the New York Institute of Art and Design.

Greta established NW Design Consultants in 2005, a residential design and staging company.  She was also held in high regard as a top design specialist in Pottery Barn’s design studio division on 23rd St in Portland, OR.

Greta was project manager and lead designer in Portland and San Francisco for a California based company.  There she was involved in commercial and residential interior design and rental furniture operations.

Today Greta has expanded her own operations into a commercial/residential design corporation called Kasse Decor LLC.  Their base is Portland, Oregon but their scope is Seattle and San Francisco and is an integral asset to VestCapital.

His portfolio ranges from townhome developments, single family detached custom homes, commercial industrial buildings and land development. His unique consumer centric approach to building and solving problems is unmatched and offers incredible business and construction value to the team he leads. A proud Father and Husband and resident of Camas, WA, he enjoys both working and playing hard.

John’s role as the Director of Project Management is vital for VestCapital. Taking a structured and detailed approach to each project to ensure they are managed efficiently in terms of time, scope, and budget is his primary focus. His daily tasks encompass pre-construction work, estimating new projects, bidding contracts and buyouts, value engineering existing projects, scheduling people-power initiatives, managing contractors and subcontractors, managing change orders, cost & revenue projections, billings, and profit margins. These are all critical path work streams for our company and our investors.

Residing in Camas, Washington, with his wife, son, and nephew, John participates in the community for different charitable organizations and has served as a volunteer firefighter. During his leisure time, John indulges in activities such as cycling, running, and skiing
