We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take part in reviving the Downtown Washougal Main Street scene. Purchased in July of 2022, we are well underway on our renovations of this mixed-use building.

A chiropractic clinic was the primary tenant in the lower portion of the building for many years. Our plan is to revitalize the space to welcome a new tenant to the Washougal area.
The building’s upstairs provides three residential studio spaces, each unit equipped with a full-size kitchen, spacious bathrooms and oversized living areas. We are considering short-term rental or long-term options as well as Airbnb/VRBO usage of the three units.
Renovations include new flooring on both floors, fresh paint throughout and all new windows. Each upstairs residential unit will have new bath/shower enclosures, bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets.
