Tanner sits square as the founder and managing partner of VestCapital. He places a high value on building the real estate investment and development firm with an entrepreneurial approach, having started and scaled 3 businesses since college, pushing through adversity with limited resources and executing the company are part of his DNA. His primary roles at VestCap are predicated on; structuring investment offerings, development strategies, capital management, investor relations, civil/architectural design, municipality entitlements, risk management and growing assets under management. 

Leading with authenticity and passion, Tanner has successfully executed and engineered over 26 real estate investment offerings raising both debt and equity with an aggregate retail finish value of 8-figures, all while mitigating investor risk and meeting or exceeding projected returns in both the residential and commercial real estate arena. 

Tanner resides in Camas, Washington and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and 2 kids, catching the latest MMA/UFC event and golfing. 

After earning a Construction Management degree from the University of Washington in 1993 he moved to SW Washington. Brent began his career with a Lake Oswego-based land development and building company. In 1998, he became co-owner of Soaring Eagle Homes and later Boulevard Homes. In 2011 Brent and his partner separated the 2 companies and he continued with Boulevard Homes. Over the years, he successfully completed several projects—developing more than 400 lots and building over 900 homes, including both townhomes and custom residences. He has also been part of four successful partnerships and growing companies.

Brent is married with 3 grown children and embraces the next chapter in his life. He loves to stay active, whether he’s working out or exploring the outdoors. The challenge of climbing, the adventure of backpacking, and the excitement of hunting all draw him in, making each experience memorable. He also cherishes time with family and friends that adds a deeper layer of meaning to life.

Max began working in Real Estate Development as a Sophomore in college and is a lifetime Camas resident bringing extensive knowledge of the Clark County RE marketplace.

He graduated from the University of Hawai’i with a Bachelor’s in Finance with emphasis in real estate. In college he began working for a Private RE Development & Investment group where he held the position of Creative Sales & Acquisitions Manager selling multi-million dollar projects pre-market and facilitating acquisition due diligence and negotiation with the Honolulu City & County, land owners, and investors from all over the U.S. and South Asia. Max is a big people person and is excited to help grow VestCapital to new heights while maximizing value to our investors and the community alike. 

Passions include skiing, surfing, anything to do with the ocean, and taking full advantage of the outdoors that the beautiful PNW has to offer.

As Project Engineer at VestCapital, Nate Adams spent four years in the U.S. Coast Guard conducting search and rescue missions throughout the Pacific Northwest, where he developed a deep commitment to precision, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure. After his service, he transitioned into industrial and commercial project management, where he has spent the last six years successfully leading complex builds from concept to completion. He holds a degree in Business Administration, combining field experience with a strategic approach to planning, budgeting, and execution. Outside of work, Nate loves to travel, snowboard, and has remodeled and flipped a few houses of his own. He thrives on turning potential into results, both in business and in life.
